I believe the future of drinking is conscious, beautiful, and deeply intentional.

But I didn’t arrive here by chance.

There was a time when everything felt too heavy to hold—grief, anxiety, generational patterns I didn’t know how to break. After losing my brother and facing my own relationship with alcohol, I realized I didn’t want to escape my life anymore… I wanted to feel it. Fully.

That was the beginning of my journey into sobriety—and back to plant medicine.

Plants became more than ingredients. They became support. A way to soften the edges of anxiety, to reconnect to myself, and to create moments of calm instead of chaos.

Soul Hum Elixirs was born from that shift.

Not as another beverage—but as a new way to experience the ritual of drinking.

I wanted something that didn’t revolve around alcohol, but still felt elevated, sensory, and intentional. Something that invited you to pause instead of numb out.

So I created two elixirs—Uplift and Unwind—designed to meet you where you are and gently guide you somewhere better.
