Soul Hum Elixirs Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Soul Hum Elixirs purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Refunds and replacements may be issued if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The purchase was made directly through soulhumelixirs.com.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.

We cannot issue refunds for opened bottles, items purchased from third-party sellers, or sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring the item arrives safely. If your return is valued at over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Winter Advisory: If returning bottles during colder months, take extra precautions to prevent breakage. We are not responsible for damages incurred during return transit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Soul Hum Elixirs.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post).

  3. Reach out to your bank (processing times vary).

  4. If 30 days have passed and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us via our Contact Page.


Exchanges

We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Opened bottles or items purchased via third-party sellers are not eligible for exchange.

Customers must cover return shipping fees and ensure the item arrives safely. If your return is valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gift Returns

If you need to return a gift, please note:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges directly to the gift recipient.


Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. To request a cancellation, please contact us via our Contact Page within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If the order has already been processed, our standard return and refund policies apply.
